After 11 years in the fitness industry, V has created her own method called Bodied. Bodied is a combination of 3 elements of exercise: strength training, step aerobics and stability work. These 3 are intentionally used to get you out of your head and into the moment. Bodied is a rhythm based workout curated with an inspirational playlist that will leave you craving more. All you need to bring is a mat, water bottle, tennis shoes and a LFG attitude!
Veronica Peterson has been teaching group fitness in the Denver Metro area for around 9 years. She has a background in Barre and Pilates and is currently teaching at SoulCycle and Rumble Boxing in Cherry Creek. She is also a NASM CPT and has her own personal + small group training business called Body By V. V believes that fitness should be fun and make you feel good! Her classes are uplifting, full of energy, and always set to a vibey, motivating playlist.
