Using elements of meditation, yoga and Pilates, this movement fitness course helps participants find greater flexibility and strength physically as well as mentally. We start with exercises that will not only build up strength, but also give us a better understanding of our bodies and a support structure to keep them healthy and successful. Then we move to breathing and stretching to lengthen the muscles and increase efficiency of air flow through the body.
