About Marisol Solarte-Erlacher
Marisol Solarte-Erlacher, M.A., LPC, is a trauma expert, keynote speaker, and corporate consultant. She hosts the Resilience and Resistance podcast, which highlights resilient Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color, and was a finalist for Best New Podcast at the Colorado Podcast Awards.
A psychotherapist by training, Marisol has provided bilingual services to the Latine/x community and supervised counseling students at the University of Colorado at Denver. She now consults with organizations to boost employee resilience and performance.
Marisol is President-Elect of the EMDRIA Board and was a finalist for the 2022 Denver Metro Chamber Business of the Year Awards. She enjoys mountain adventures, live music, and making vanilla lattes.
