Mindful Awakening: Plant Medicine + Breathwork
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Wednesday, August 7 | Margaret Ballroom
Members and Guests Only
You’re invited to an eye-opening conversation about the healing powers and science behind psilocybin led by former Colorado Avalanche player Kyle Quincey.
Kyle, from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada played 14 years of professional hockey for the Detroit Red Wings, LA Kings, Colorado Avalanche, New Jersey Devils, Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Minnesota Wild.
After suffering his 15th concussion, Kyle decided to retire from hockey. Listen to his story as he shares how psilocybin healed him and inspired him to begin the “Do Good Ranch” retreat center. We will also be unpacking the implementation of Proposition 122 in Colorado, as well as what types of microdosing products are available.
Clayton member & breathwork facilitator Kimberly Jamerson will also be moderating the discussion to chat about the similarities between breathwork and psychedelics, including history, past experiences, and the importance of honoring these sacred medicines.
Afterwards, join us for a healing and revitalizing 45-minute breathwork journey.
