Come meet Ronnie Qi-The Apprentice of Peace. Ronnie is a Tai Chi Master who offers a unique and modern take on the classical art of Tai Chi & QiGong.
You will also learn the 10 foundational steps of Tai Chi. This movement workshop is focused on deepening breath, reclaiming range of motion, and resetting energy. It moderately exercises all the muscles and supports the integration of the mind-body complex. The overall concept of Tai Chi is to allow your body to flow like a river while keeping your posture and grounding still like a mountain.
