    Clayton is a Members Club & Hotel in Denver—the first of its kind. Clayton is a space designed for exchanging ideas. Clayton invites, welcomes, supports and invests in people who are united by their commitment to affect change and have fun while doing it.

    We are a more interesting community because we are interested, and we like to make positive impacts. We are a community united by our priority to represent the remarkable locale of Denver and continuously evolve it.

    We are not accepting applicants based on their vocations. We think there are interesting and interested people in all professional fields and backgrounds, and want to inspire the inspiring through our exclusively inclusive community.

    A few different ways. We’ve built Clayton’s membership program on a peer to peer model, meaning we look to our small group of Committee Members and Founding Members for recommendations when we look to grow the future membership of Clayton. We trust that if a Committee or Founding Member endorses someone, they will be a great addition to our community. Based on this peer to peer model, it shows a Member is willing to put their membership on the line for yours!

    Another way we select members is through the application assessment, where we are looking for honest, thoughtful, no bullshit responses to the questions we ask. Tell us why you would be a perfect Clayton Member. We are listening.

    Finally, our Membership Team may invite potential members to a meeting or tour, in order to get better acquainted with an applicant.

    We offer annual or monthly payment options for Membership dues. Should the price point be a barrier for someone that really wants to contribute to our community, we offer opportunities for Collaborator and Partnership members.

    Clayton Hotel is in the heart of Cherry Creek North, a vibrant Denver neighborhood known for its shopping and galleries, and eateries.

    Smoking is not allowed on property, including the rooftop.

Check In/Out

    Guests are invited to check-in at 4 p.m. Check-out is at noon.

    We offer early check-in on a first-come basis, depending on room occupancy. While we can’t guarantee it, we’ll do our best. Give us a call to check on availability.

    Sure thing. Bring any items to the front desk. We’ll store if for no charge, before check-in or after check-out.

Reservations

    Please contact the hotel to see about changes. If it’s less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, a change may not be possible.

    If you cancel by 3:00 PM MST and it’s at least 48 hours prior to arrival, you can avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge.

Guest Services

    We don’t have a shuttle, but rideshares like Lyft and Uber know our neighborhood well! Our front desk team is happy to help coordinate a ride to and from the airport for you.

    Yes, on-site valet parking is available for $45/night. Contact our Guest Services team for information on overnight parking.

    We pride ourselves on our service. Our Concierge Service, located in the lobby or through pressing Service on your room phone, Guest Services is happy to assist with local recommendations and special requests.

Amenities

    Destination Amenity Fee includes access to all Clayton Club Member spaces including the Members’ Club restaurant, co-working space, and rooftop pool & lounge. Additional amenities include access to Member Only Events as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary select wine &  beer and coffee. Fitness and steam room access also included.

    Our Fitness Center is located on level P1. Guests have 24-hour access to the Fitness Center with a keycard. Fitness center includes everything from freemotion treadmills to peloton bikes to weight training equipment.

    Guestrooms do not have refrigerators but we’d be happy to refrigerate essentials like medication for you or provide a mini fridge on request. Our rooms do have built in coolers to keep your items cool.

    Yes, simply press Service on your room phone. Standard service is back in 3 days, or expedited service can be returned day of for an extra fee. Pickup time is 8AM

    Our spaces feature ADA amenities including:

    • Public spaces: registration desk pathway, service animals are welcome, elevators, accessible guest rooms with 32″ wide doorways, accessible route from public entrance to accessible guest rooms
    • Guestrooms: deadbolt locks lowered, door night guards lowered, doors with lever handles, electrical outlets lowered, hearing accessible rooms and/or kits, accessible vanities, viewports lowered, wireless charging pad at nightstand
    • Bathrooms: bathroom grab bars, bathtub grab bars, bathtub seat, roll-in shower, adjustable shower wand, toilet seat at wheelchair height, transfer shower

Food and Dining

    Wednesday–Thursday: 5pm-12am

    Sunday-Tuesday: 7am-5pm

    Wednesday-Saturday: 7am-12am

    Our Restaurant on the 2nd floor is available for breakfast and lunch daily from 7am – 3pm.

    The rooftop is open every day from 11am–12am. Sunday brunch is offered from 10am-2pm.

    Pool is open daily 8am – 10pm.

    Kids are welcomed at the pool Monday – Friday 8am – 10pm and on the weekends Sat & Sun 8am – 12pm.

    Clayton Beach Club is every Saturday & Sunday from 1pm – 5pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and includes the pool party vibe you’re looking for. Local DJs, poolside menu and specialty cocktails to enjoy the summer season.

Pets

    We welcome up to two pets per guest room. We ask that you keep your furry friends to the lobby level.

    A $75.00 fee is required at check-in to support a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of a guest room after you and your pet leave. Pet fee also includes a dog bed, bowl and treats in room upon arrival.
