For the first official Wine Class of Clayton’s brand-new Wine Club, we will be dipping our toes into the world of Sparkling Wine. Our tour will begin with Prosecco, cross the Mediterranean stop in Spain to sample some Cava, and end in northern France with a couple of Champagnes. As we sample each wine, we will learn about the grapes, the production methods, and why each wine tastes the way it does. Light hors d’oeuvres pairings are provided.
