Warm up this winter with a high-energy, calorie scorching, cardio and strength interval training workout class with our neighbors at Barry’s. Join us for a Run x Lift session at Barry’s Studio, and then head to the Clayton Rooftop after for a complimentary mimosa.
This cardio and strength training class will be led by Zoe Perlmutter in Barry’s signature Red Room, a dimly lit red room that allows participants to focus on the motivation cues from best-in-class instructors and lose themselves in the energy of those around them.
