We’re thrilled to welcome Mar Bella Boqueria to our Clayton family! From Chef Johnny Curiel, Mar Bella Boqueria is a Spanish neo-bistro and wine bar that captures the vibrant spirit of Spain’s coastal regions. Celebrate Spanish dining traditions and the convivial rhythm of pintxos culture with seafood-forward tapas, a jamoneria-inspired chef’s counter, conserva bar, and Spanish wine and cocktail list.
For the true explorers, do not miss the 12-seat Chef's Counter, the first omakase style tasting from Chef Johnny Curiel. Pull up a seat and let Chef take the lead across eight ever changing courses including seafood forward tapas, silky pates, house made conservas, and a one of a kind dry aged fish program.
And for those in the know, Chef prepares just two crispy lechon heads nightly, reserved for Chef’s Counter guests and claimed on a first come, first served basis.
The tasting is offered exclusively at the counter, lasts roughly 2.5 hours, and is $125 per person. A la carte sips like wines, cocktails, and spirits are available to pair along the way.
Mar Bella is open daily 3 to 11 PM and now accepting reservations via OpenTable.
