This month we welcome the amazing Janine Kempfer, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the franchise, real estate, and mortgage sectors. Starting her career by founding two successful real estate brokerages, she later expanded into mortgage financing. Today, she is the President of Prime Mortgage, LLC, which operates in four states, and the Vice President of Impact at AIME, the nation’s largest mortgage association.
Janine is passionate about equal access to homeownership, leading initiatives that focus on underserved communities. She founded Keystone Mortgage Academy to address the homeownership gap, particularly among Black communities, providing no-cost education to increase diversity in the mortgage industry. As an advocate for people with disabilities, Janine’s advocacy stems from raising her adult son with disabilities, ensuring individuals receive the support they deserve. A fitness enthusiast, she has completed multiple triathlons, including a full Ironman. She resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband Kurt (“Irondog”), and they share a blended family of three adult children and five grandchildren.
Come for the conversations, stay for the mock/cocktails!
